NURTURE is not just an exercise class, or a program telling you 'how pain works.' NURTURE takes women on a journey to explore the foundations of their pain and has practical components where women get to try and test out new ways on how to manage their pain. This is all delivered in a supportive group environment with women with similar experiences of pain.
How the program runs: - NURTURE is run in a new and modern space, Boutique Pelvic Health in Bundall, Gold Coast. - Class size is 8 to allow a supportive and intimate group setting. - Cost is $500 and is to be paid upfront to secure your spot and give you instant access to online content. - Parking is easy and available on site.
What to wear and bring: - Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Group values: NURTURE is a space where women come together to learn and support each other. It is important that the following ground rules be followed at all times: - Be respectful and kind to one another - Maintain confidentiality if others share their story Private health: You will be provided with a receipt on completion of group program. This can be used to submit to your private health care provider and you may receive a claim if you are eligible within your own policy. This is something you will need to investigate with your private health insurance provider and is not the responsibility of the treating therapists at Boutique Pelvic Health.
