Cancellation Policy
We understand that your time is valuable, and we hope you can appreciate that our time is too. We kindly ask that if an appointment must be changed, 48 hours' notice is appreciated.
If a appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, you will be offered a Telehealth appointment where appropriate. If this doesn't suit, clients will be charged a fee of 50% of the cost of consultation.
