    For bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor concerns.

    This may include:

    • Urinary urgency, frequency, or leakage
    • Constipation or difficulty emptying bowels
    • Pelvic floor weakness or tension
    • Prolapse or post-surgical support

    For support during pregnancy and after birth.

    This may include:

    • Pelvic girdle pain or back pain
    • Birth preparation
    • Postnatal recovery
    • Abdominal separation (DRAM)

    For persistent or complex pelvic pain.

    This may include:

    • Endometriosis or adenomyosis
    • Pain with sex or intimacy
    • Pelvic floor muscle overactivity

    • Ongoing symptoms that haven’t resolved

If you are hoping to be seen sooner than what is currently available online, please email admin@boutiquepelvichealth.com with your preferred days and times to be added to the waitlist.

If a suitable appointment becomes available, Zara will do her best to fit you in earlier.

What to Expect

Your appointment will focus on understanding your symptoms, your goals, and how your body is responding.

This may include:

  • A detailed discussion of your concerns
  • Education to help you understand what’s happening in your body
  • Assessment (external and/or internal, always optional)
  • A personalised plan to support your progress

You will leave with clarity, direction, and practical next steps.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your time is valuable, and we hope you can appreciate that our time is too.

We kindly ask that if an appointment needs to be changed, at least 48–72 hours’ notice is provided.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within this time, a telehealth appointment will be offered where appropriate. If this is not suitable, a fee of 50% of the consultation cost may apply.
